Green Superfood Smoothie Recipe – The Movie
This is not your normal green smoothie recipe, this is an authentic recipe movie. Nicely shot and well presented. Follow the example and prepare yourself y delicious green smoothie with added superfoods.
The Green Superfood Smoothie Ingredients:
- Chia Seeds – we recommend HealthWorks Pesticide and Chemical Free Chia Seeds
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Coconut water
- Fresh or frozen Kale
- 2 tbs powdered Supergreens – like Amazing Grass All Natural Drink Powder
- 1 handful of fresh or frozen Raspberries
- Honey to taste
Soak the chia seeds for about half an hour in the coconut water directly in your mixer. Add the peeled avocado, some kale, a little bit of extra coconut water and throw in the raspberries. Mix in 2 tbs of powdered supergreens and some honey. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
